UN系列閃光對(duì)焊機(jī)

閃光對(duì)焊的主要焊接工藝及原理：

1.焊接電極加緊工件，在工件尚未完全接觸時(shí)，開(kāi)始閃光。

2.接下來(lái)，焊接電極夾緊的工件緩慢接近，隨著電流密度的增加，工件間接觸處開(kāi)始熔化，同時(shí)有部分金屬熔液溢出，形成初始的對(duì)焊節(jié)點(diǎn)。

3.焊接區(qū)域變得越來(lái)越熱，對(duì)焊的速度也隨著加速。

4.閃光和飛濺使兩個(gè)接觸面完全焊接在一起。

5.后再利用高壓進(jìn)行頂鍛，切斷電流，焊接完成。

The Main Principle of Flash Butt Welding:

1.The flash butt process starts when the two workpieces to be welded which are clamped by welding jams still not meet each other.

2.During the subsequence,move the welding jaws together slowly,the welding current density will increase,then the metal material in the gap between the jaws becomes molten,at the same time a shower of sparks also being emitted.

3.As the cross-sectional area in the welding becomes extremely hot,the motion is accelerated.

4.The flashing also makes the surfaces to welded together totally.

5.Finally the upset occurs at high pressure,the welding current is cut off.
