無反饋的液壓調速器
其工作原理如下:
調速器(圖1)
當負荷減小時,由曲軸帶動的驅動軸轉速升高,飛球的離心力增加,推動速度桿右移。于是,搖桿以A點為中心逆時針轉動,滑閥右移,壓力油進入伺服器油缸的右部空間。與此同時,油缸的左部空間通過油孔與低壓油路相通,其中的油被泄放。在壓差的作用下,伺服活塞帶動噴油泵齒條左移,以減少供油量。當轉速恢復到原來數值時,滑閥也回到中央位置,調節過程結束。
當負荷增加,轉速降低時,調速過程按相反方向進行。
從上述分析可知,調速器飛球所產生的離心力僅用來推動滑閥,因而飛球的重量尺寸就可以做得較小。而作為放大器的液壓伺服器的作用力,則可根據需要,選擇不同尺寸的伺服活塞和不同滑油壓力予以放大。
但是,在這種調速器中,因為感應元件直接驅動滑閥,無論它朝哪個方向往動,均難準確地回到原來位置而關閉油孔。這樣就使柴油機轉速不穩定,而產生嚴重的波動。
為了使調速器能穩定調節,在調速器中還要加入一個裝置,其作用是在伺服活塞移動的同時對滑閥產生一個反作用,使其向平衡的位置方向移動,減少柴油機轉速波動的可能性。這種裝置稱為反饋機構。
