到目前為止，能夠構建大規模技術服務業體系的國家，仍然以歐美等老牌發達國家為主。

相比之下，包括日韓等新興發達國家在內，其它國家大多處在以勞動密集和產品加工為主的發展模式上，更習慣于使用軟件和設備從事產出活動，而非研發軟件和儀器本身。

所以說這方面薄弱也是可以理解的，雖然咱們用幾十年的時間走了老牌發達國家幾的路，但在這方面還是處于追趕者的位置，飯要一口一口吃，過河和超車也得一步步摸索才行。

國內北上深等一線城市，目前已經摸到了規?；l展技術服務業的邊邊，并開始將運營崗位和生產工廠向其他城市外溢擴散，這說明過去一段時間咱們的發展還是很迅速的。
